The perfect peach…
There’s a recipe for growing the perfect peach, and at Twin Springs Farm we know it by heart. It’s about hitting the right combination of soil, sun and water to obtain the finest flavor.
At Twin Springs Farm the organic peaches are grown in dry, arid conditions along Lake Roosevelt near Kettle Falls, WA. The climate and fertile soil allows the sugar content and flavor to become concentrated in our fruit, but it is our patience that sets us apart. Each piece of fruit is hand picked at ideal tree-ripeness, we go back to a tree four to five times over many days to ensure each peach reaches its peak flavor. When they arrive at your local store or farmers market they are juicy, sweet and ready to eat.
Non-organic growers often pump up their fruit with lots of nitrogen fertilizer and water. They get more size and weight to their fruit but they won’t get the flavor. For nearly 30 years we have been bringing the highest quality fruit to consumers throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on sustainable farming on our 14 acre certified organic farm. With our unique focus on producing the most flavorful peaches and organic fruit, you’ll just have to taste one to see..

“Bob and Shelly Berryman of Twin Springs Farm have been growing the peaches of your dreams for several decades. Their Certified Organic farm is off the beaten path. But you don’t have to travel quite that far for the fruit from the trees in their orchard. They bring it to the Liberty Lake Famers Market every Saturday when the fruit is ripe. Peaches won’t be in season forever so why wait to indulge in every foodie’s dream. Eating raw peaches seems to be the easiest, but if you take the time to make peach sorbet or peach pie you won’t be disappointed.” – Karen Hood
